Psalm 3

1 Jehovah, how my adversaries have multiplied! Many are the ones who rise against me.

2 Many are saying of my soul, There is no salvation for him in God. Selah.

4 I cried to Jehovah with my voice

5 I laid down, and slept. I awoke, for Jehovah kept me. 

Matthew 27

39 But those passing by, blasphemed Him, shaking their heads,

40 and saying, You the one razing the temple and building it in three days, if You are the Son of God, come down from the cross.

41 And in the same way, the chief priests with the scribes and elders, mocking, said,

42 He saved others; He is not able to save Himself. If He is the King of Israel, let Him come down now from the cross, and we will believe Him.

43 He trusted on God. Let Him rescue Him now, if He desires Him. For He said, I am Son of God.

44 And also the plunderers crucified with Him defamed Him, saying the same.

46 And about the ninth hour, Jesus cried out with a loud voice,
