Heb10:6 You did not delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices concerning sins."

Psalms 51

17 The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit; a broken and a contrite heart, O God, You will not despise.

Matthew 3

17 And behold! A voice out of the heaven saying, This is My Son, the Beloved, in whom I have been delighting. Psa. 2:7; Gen. 22:2; Isa. 42:1

Isa66:2 And My hand has made all these things, even all these things exist, declares Jehovah. But I will look toward this one, to the afflicted, and to the contrite of spirit, even trembling at My Word.

Isa57:15 For so says the high and lofty One who inhabits eternity, and His name is Holy: I dwell in the high and holy place, even with the contrite and humble of spirit (KJV -- with him also that is of a contrite and humble spirit); to make live the spirit of the humble and to make live the heart of the contrite ones.
